Concert Tour '99

August 14-18, 1999

The Hudson Valley Council Band visited Washington, D.C., and Virginia on a five day concert tour. They performed for the residents of the National Masonic Home in Richmond, Virginia, and for patients at the V.A. Hospital NW in Washington, D.C.

Officers of the band laid a wreath at The Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. The wreath honored Dutchess County Veterans.

Band members also toured many historic sites in our nation's capital. These included the Washington Monument, the FDR Memorial, the Holocaust Museum, the Vietnam Veteran's Memorial, Iwo Jima, and many others.
